Nope you don't need them in a DCOD. I converted a DA into a miniruntime and
it has a DCOD that does all sorts of stuff. That INIT code has to be in the
main part of program, executed once at start up. Thats it.

Actually I don't think I even had that many INIT's in my miniruntime.
