Baby Potatoes With Lemon And Chives

INGREDIENTS

450 g Baby potatoes
30 g Butter or polyunsaturated
fat
1 Dsp chives, coarsely chopped
1/2 Lemon, rind only

INSTRUCTIONS

Wash and steam the potatoes for 12-15 minutes until tender. If
preferred, they can be cut in half before cooking.  In a separate pan
heat the butter, add the chopped chives and lemon,  toss around to
release the flavours, then pour over the potatoes and  serve.  Carlton
