INSTRUCTIONS
DRESSING
Wash and dry the baby spinach if not ready prepared. Fry or grill the
pancetta until crispy, and chop. Arrange spinach in bowls adding the
pancetta and mushrooms.
Dressing: mix together well and serve with the salad.
