INGREDIENTS

2 lg Tart apples; peeled and sliced
3 tb Sugar
1/4 ts Ground cinnamon
1/4 ts Vanilla

INSTRUCTIONS

Taste of Home LowFat Country Cooking
Place apples in a 1 quart baking dish coated with nonstick cooking spray.
In a small bowl, combine suar, cinnamon, and vanilla; mix well. Sprinkle
over apples. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes or until
apples are tender. Uncover and mash with a fork. Serve warm. 2 servings.
