INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 c Plain yogurt or sour cream
1/4 c Lemon juice
1/2 ts Worcestershire sauce
1/2 ts Celery seed
1/2 ts Hungarian sweet paprika
1 Garlic clove, minced
1/2 ts Salt, optional
1/4 ts Pepper
8 Boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
2 c Fine dry bread crumbs

INSTRUCTIONS

In large bowl, combine first 8 ingredients. Place chicken in mixture and
turn to coat. Cover and marinate overnight in the refridgerator. Remove
chicken from marinade; coat each piece with crumbs. Arrange on a shallow
baking pan. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until juices
run clear.
