If thankfulness does not move us to serve God, then we do not truly understand who our God is and what He has done in our behalf. Without gratitude for Christ’s sacrificial love, our duty will become nothing more than drudgery and our God nothing more than a dissatisfied boss.

Baked Chimichangas

INGREDIENTS

6 12-inch flour tortillas
1 lb Lean ground beef
1 cn (15-oz) black beans; drained
1 cn (7-oz) diced green chilies; undrained
1/3 c Green onions; sliced
1 cn (4-oz) sliced black olives; drained
Lettuce
Shredded cheddar or jack cheese
Salsa (your favorite)

INSTRUCTIONS

In a skillet thoroughly cook the meat, drain and set aside. In the same
skillet combine and saute lightly the beans, chiles, onions and olives. Add
the cooked meat to the mixture and stir. Evenly distribute the meat mixture
onto each tortilla, fold tortillas like an envelope and place folded side
down on baking sheet. Bake 30-35 minutes in a 400 degree oven. Serve
garnished with the lettuce, cheese and salsa.
