Baked Filet Of Flounder

INGREDIENTS

8 Or
4 Flounder filets
1 large medium-size shrimp
1 large mushrooms
4 T Butter
4 T Flour
1 c Milk
1 t Salt
3 t Lemon juice
1 ds Each paprika & parsley

INSTRUCTIONS

Cut aluminum foil in 12-inch square for each peice of fish. Arrange
fish in center of square. Divide shrimp & put on fish. Make thick
white sauce with flour, milk, butter & salt. Stir in lemon juice &
pour over fish. Add paprika & parsley. Fold foil on top so the liquid
will not drain out. Place on cookie sheet & bake at 425 for 40
