Baked Fish With Bacon Stuffing

INGREDIENTS

3 c Soft bread crumbs
1 T Bacon drippings
1/4 c Onion, finely chopped
1/4 c Diced bacon, cooked
2 T Lemon juice
2 T Water
Seasonings
2 lb Dressed fish
Soft butter or margarine
Lemon wedges

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix together all ingredients except fish, butter and lemon. Place
stuffing lightly in cavity of fish; do not skewer. Place in greased
baking pan; spread with butter. Bake in a 400 degree oven for 40
minutes or until fish flakes easily. Baste occasionally. Serve with
