Baked Fruit in Parchment

INGREDIENTS

2 Ripe pears
2 Ripe granny smith apples
8 Ginger snap cookies
2 tb Unsalted butter
Cinnamon
6 oz Blue cheese
2 tb Honey
8 tb Sweet wine

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 425.
Peel, halve & core pears & apples. Cut fruit into thick wedges. Cut
out 4 large squares of parchment paper. On each piece of parchment
pile some pear & apple wedges. Crumble over all the ginger snaps. Dot
with butter & sprinkle with cinnamon. Crumble blue cheese over all.
Drizzle honey & wine on top. Fold paper together & turn edges over to
seal. Place on baking sheet. Bake 8 minutes in regular oven or 3-4
minutes on high in microwave.
Approximately 4-10 minutes.
Per serving (excluding unknown items): 944 Calories; 73g Fat (69%
calories from fat); 37g Protein; 39g Carbohydrate; 194mg Cholesterol;
2378 mg Sodium
