Baked Goats’ Cheese With French Bean Salad

INGREDIENTS

50 g Sliced goats' cheese
3 Parma ham
125 g French beans, topped and
tailed
2 T Snipped chives
50 g Hazelnuts, chopped
1 1/2 Oranges
1 T Olive oil
2 t Balsamic vinegar
Salt and pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat the oven to 200c/400f.  1 Wrap the goats' cheese in the Parma
ham. Place in a ovenproof dish  and bake in the oven for 5-6 minutes.
Blanch the beans in salted  water for four minutes, drain and refresh
in cold water.  2 Halve and put in a bowl with the chives and
hazelnuts. Peel and  segment one orange and add. Add the olive oil,
balsamic vinegar and  juice of the half orange. Season and serve with
