Baked Halibut

INGREDIENTS

4 Halibut steaks
1 ts Salt Freshly ground pepper to taste
3 tb Butter; melted
1 c Canned tomatoes
1/2 ts Sugar
1 md Onion; thinly sliced
1/2 c Heavy whipping cream

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 400. Place halibut in buttered baking dish; sprinkle
with salt and pepper. Brush with melted butter. Crush tomatoes with
sugar; spread over fish. Cover with onion. Bake for 20 minutes. Pour
cream over fish; bake for
10    minutes more.
