Baked Mini Corn Cobs With Chilli Butter

INGREDIENTS

4 Mini corn cobs
50 g Butter, 2oz
2 t Fresh red chilli, finely
chopped
Salt and freshly ground
black pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat the oven to 220 C, 425 F, Gas mark 7.  Place the corn cobs on a
large piece of foil on a baking tray.  Butter them generously, sprinkle
over the chill and season well.  Seal the foil around the corn cobs and
bake for 45-50 minutes, until  tender.  Converted by MC_Buster.  NOTES
