INGREDIENTS

1/2 c Pancake mix
8 Chicken breasts with bone
1 cn Cream of mushroom soup
1 pk Onion soup mix
1 cn Milk – soupcan full
1 lb Mushrooms thickly sliced
Parmesan cheese

INSTRUCTIONS

Recipe By: Uncle Don Preparation Time: 1:25
Mix slat, pepper and pancake mix. Shake chicken in mix and place in baking
dish 9x13. Place mushrooms over chicken.
Mix soups and milk and pour over chicken and mushrooms.
Cover tightly with foil. Bake 1 hour in 375 oven. Then uncover and sprinkle
with parmesan cheese. Bake uncovered 15 min. Serve.
