Baked Parmesan Croutons

INGREDIENTS

1 Baguette
1/4 c Olive oil
2 Garlic cloves; crushed with
1 ts Coarse salt
1/2 ts Freshly ground black pepper
1/4 c Grated Parmesan cheese

INSTRUCTIONS

Heat oven to 450 degrees. Line a baking sheet with a Silpat. Cut
baguette into 1/4-inch diagonal slices. Mix together olive oil,
garlic-salt paste, pepper, and Parmesan cheese in a large bowl.
Spread the mixture onto the slices of bread, and place on the
prepared baking sheet. Bake until golden brown and fragrant, 5 to 7
minutes. Makes 8 cups.
