Baked Potatoes With Bacon And Chives

INGREDIENTS

1 T Cooking oil
3 oz Unsmoked bacon – derinded
and diced 75g
6 oz Button mushrooms – sliced
175g
1 t Schwartz Onion Pepper
1/4 pt Soured cream, 150ml
2 T Milk
3 oz Mature Cheddar cheese –
grated 75g
2 t Schwartz Chives and extra to
sprinkle
4 Freshly baked potatoes

INSTRUCTIONS

Heat the oil and fry the bacon and mushrooms. Drain any excess  liquid.
Add the Onion Pepper, soured cream, milk, cheese and Chives  and simmer
gently until thickened. Top the potatoes with the mixture  and serve
