INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 lb Ground turkey
1/2 Onion, finely chopped
Celery stalk, finely
Chopped
1/4 c Fresh parsley, minced
1 T Bell pepper, finely
Chopped
1/2 c Whole-wheat bread crumbs
Toasted
1/4 c Skim milk, or chicken
Stock
Egg white, slightly
Beaten
1/4 t Black pepper, freshly
Ground
1/4 t Dried oregano, crushed
10 Garlic, crushed

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix all ingredients until just blended.  Do not overmix. Press the
mixture into a 4 x 9-inch nonstick loaf pan. Bake at 325F for 45
minutes to 1 hour. Serve hot with Mushroom Glaze (see recipe same
name) or serve cold. Makes 6 servings.  Recipe By     :  File
