Baked Ziti With Chicken And Roasted Vegetables

INGREDIENTS

3 Chicken breasts, pan cooked
cut
into pieces
1 lb Ziti, cooked al dente
3 c Tomato sauce, home-made or
store-bought
2 c Left-over roasted vegetables
1 Container ricotta cheese
1 c Grated mozzarella

INSTRUCTIONS

In a large oven-proof freezer-proof baking dish, place 1/2 cup of the
sauce at the bottom of the baking dish. Then add half of the pasta,
the ricotta cheese, vegetables, chicken, and 1 cup of the sauce. Top
with the remaining pasta, sauce, and mozzarella. Cover with aluminum
foil and freeze. Later in the week, bake in a 350 degree F oven
approximately 45 minutes, or until cooked through. © 1997 Lifetime
