Balsamic Vinegar Marinade

INGREDIENTS

1 c Balsamic vinegar
1/4 c White wine
1/4 c Olive oil
1 Clove garlic, minced
1 Shallot, minced
1 Bay leaf
2 tb Chopped fresh parsley
2 tb Chopped fresh basil or 1 tsp dried
1/4 ts Freshly ground pepper
1/4 ts Red pepper flakes

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine all ingredients; mix well.  Makes 1 1/2 cups  This is a great
marinade for a butterflied leg of lamb.  Typed in MMFormat by
