INGREDIENTS

2 1/2 c All-purpose flour
2 ts Baking powder
1 ts Baking soda
1/2 ts Ground allspice
4 md Bananas OR 2 cups mashed bananas
1 c Sugar
1/2 c Unsweetened Apple Sauce
3 Egg whites
2 tb Vegetable oil
1 ts Vanilla extract

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 375F. Spray 8-1/2 x 4-1/2 inch loaf pan with nonstick
cooking spray.
In large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and allspice.
In medium bowl, whisk together bananas, sugar, apple sauce, egg whites and
vanilla.
Stir apple sauce mixture into flour mixture just until moistened. Spread
banner into prepared pan.
Bake 60 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool
in pan 10 minutes. Invert onto wire rack; turn right side up. Cool
completely. Cut into 16 slices.
Notes: Pantry: Mott's Natural Apple Sauce. (PER SERVING: 170 calories, 2.0
grams of fat, 100 mg of sodium, 0 mg of cholesterol, 11% calories from fat)
