Banana Bread With Sour Cream Bread And Wheat Germ

1 1/4 t Active dry yeast
2 tsp
2 c Bread flour – 3 c
2 T Wheat germ, 3 T
2 T Powdered milk, 3 T
1 T Sugar, 1 1/2T
1 t Salt, 1 1/2 tsp
1/2 t Nutmeg, 3/4 tsp
1 T Vegetable oil, 1 1/2 T
3/4 c Banana, 1 cup plus 2 Tbsp
mashed
1/2 c Sour cream, 3/4 cup
or plain yogurt
1/4 c Water, 1/4 cup plus 1T
1/2 c Raisins, 3/4 cup
or chopped nuts
