Banana-Chip Muffins

INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 c Flour
1/2 c Sugar
2 ts Baking powder
1/2 ts Salt
1 Egg; slightly beaten
1/2 c Milk
1/4 c Cooking oil
3/4 c Mashed banana; ( about 2 small)
1/2 Semisweet chocolate pieces
1/2 c Chopped walnut; ( optional)

INSTRUCTIONS

Grease 16 Muffin cups; set aside. Preheat oven to 400. In a large bowl,
combine flour,sugar, b.powder,and salt. Add oil, milk, and bananas: stir
until just combined. Stir in chocolate pieces and walnuts. Spoon into
prepared muffin pan, filling each 2/3 full. Bake 20 to 25 minutes. Serve
warm.
Almost like cake!
