Banana-Nut Oatmeal Bread

INGREDIENTS

2/3 Buttermilk
1/2 Mashed ripe banana
1 Egg
1 tb Margarine or butter
2 c Bread flour
1 c + 2 Tbsp. WW flour
1/3 c Rolled Oats-toasted
4 tb Honey
3/4 ts Salt
3/4 ts Ground cinnamon
1/4 ts Ground Nutmeg
1 ts Active dry yeast
1/4 c Chopped walnuts

INSTRUCTIONS

FOR 1-1/2 LB. LOAF
Add ingredients to machine according to manufacter's direction Use light
setting if availible
If not using a bread machine add wet ingredients first then dry. Knead,
rest, knead, rise knead,rise,knead, form into loaf, rise Bake 350 for 1
hour. Eat at least one slice warm right out of the oven.
