Banana Sweet Potato Puff Casserole

INGREDIENTS

2 c Mashed sweet potatoes
1 c Mashed ripe bananas (3 medium)
3/4 ts Curry powder
1/3 c Sour cream
1/2 ts Salt
1 Egg

INSTRUCTIONS

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Beat with electric mixer until
light and very fluffy. Turn into 1 quart casserole dish. Bake at
350-degrees F. in the oven for 20 minutes or until puffed and lightly
browned.
