Bananas With Yogurt

INGREDIENTS

4 Firm bananas, peeled and cut
diagonally into 1/2 inch
slices
1/4 c Plus 2 Tbs. dark brown
sugar packed
1/2 t Cardamom
2 t Unsalted butter
2 c Lowfat vanilla yogurt

INSTRUCTIONS

Prep: 5 min, Cook: 5 min.  Turn on broiler. Arrange banana slices in a
buttered baking dish.  Sprinkle with brown sugar and cardamom and dot
with butter. Broil 2-3  minutes or until top is bubbly. Serve bananas
