INSTRUCTIONS
Put beef, onion, bread crumbs, egg, salt, pepper and 1/2 cup ketchup in
bowl. Mix lightly until well blended. Transfer to loaf pan. Mix remaining
ketchup, sugar, mustard and vinegar; pour on top of loaf. Bake at 350 for 1
hour. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. To make bread crumbs, quarter 3
slices fresh white bread and put into blender. Cover and blend at high
speed about 10 seconds.
