INGREDIENTS

1 lb Lean pork roast (fat trimmed off) or 3 pounds lean ribs
1/4 c Soy sauce
2 tb Salad oil
1/8 ts Cayenne
1/8 ts Ground cinnamon
1/8 ts Ground cloves

INSTRUCTIONS

Here's a recipe from The Diabetic Gourmet your husband might like.
Cut pork into bite-size pieces. Combine ingredients in plastic bag and
marinate 1 to 2 hours. Remove meat from bag and discard marinade. Put meat
on small rack or skewers and bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 4.
Total recipe contains: 6 grams carbohydrate, 87 grams protein, and 74 grams
fat.
One serving (3 ounces) contains: 21 grams protein, 15 grams fat, and 225
calories.
