INGREDIENTS

1/4 c Minced sun-dried tomatoes
2 c Chopped basil leaves
3/4 c Shredded parmesan cheese
2 Thinly sliced garlic cloves
1 tb Olive oil
1 Sirloin steak – 3lb.; 2" thick
Salt and pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Directions: Bring 2 cups of water to a boil and add the sun-dried
tomatoes. Turn off the heat and let stand for 10 minutes to soften.
Drain and chop. For the filling, combine the softened tomatoes,
basil, cheese, garlic and oil. Mix well. With a long, sharp knife,
make three slits into the top of the steak, about 1 1/2" deep. Spoon
the filling into the slits, packing the mixture into the meat. With
twine, tie the steak to prevent the stuffing from spilling out. Place
in a 375 degree oven for about 40 minutes for medium rare. Remove
string, slice and serve.

A Message from our Provider:

“Thankfulness to God is a recognition that God in His goodness and faithfulness has provided for us and cared for us, both physically and spiritually. It is a recognition that we are totally dependent upon Him; that all that we are and have comes from God. #Jerry Bridges”
