Cajun-Spiced Chicken

INGREDIENTS

1/2 ts Dried Italian seasoning
1/2 ts Paprika
1/2 ts Ground red pepper
1/4 ts Onion powder
1/4 ts Ground white pepper
1/4 ts Fresh ground black pepper
4 Whole boneless skinless chicken breast halves
2 ts Olive oil

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine first 7 ingredients in a heavy-duty, ziplock plastic bag. Place one
chicken breast half in bag; seal bag, and shake until chicken is well
coated. Remove chicken, and repeat procedure with remaining chicken.
Heat olive oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium heat until hot. Add
chicken, and cook 3 to 4 minutes on each side or until lightly browned.
