Cajun-spiced Chicken Nibbles

INGREDIENTS

1 kg Chicken nibbles
1 MAGGI Hearty Steak Sauce Mix
Boiling Water
1 t Paprika
1 t Ground cumin
1/4 t Cayenne pepper
1 t Dried oregano
1 t MAGGI Garlic Stock Powder
2 T Olive oil
Freshly ground black pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Place the sauce mix in a measuring jug.  Make up to 1 cup with boiling
water and whisk until smooth.  Whisk in the remaining marinade
ingredients. Cool.  Place the marinade in a plastic bag. Add the
chicken nibbles and mix  well.  Remove the air and seal the bag with a
twist tie. Refrigerate for 4-6  hours.  Cook on a preheated barbecue or
under a preheated grill for 12-15  minutes or until the chicken nibbles
are cooked and golden brown.  Serve hot or cold.  Converted by
