INGREDIENTS

2 lb Cleaned sand dabs
Beaten egg yolk or milk
Seasoned bread crumbs or
Cornmeal
Softened butter
Salt & white pepper to
Taste
Chopped parsley (for
Garnish)
Lemon wedges (for garnish)

INSTRUCTIONS

Dip sand dabs in egg yolk or milk; roll in seasoned crumbs. Line
shallow pan with buttered aluminum foil; place dabs on foil. Broil 3
minutes each side. Or bake in 375 oven 12-15 minutes. Or pan fry 3
minutes on each side in small amount of butter. Season with salt &
pepper to taste. Serve garnished with chopped parsley & lemon wedges.
