INGREDIENTS

3 c 8 oz. SKINNER Large or
Medium Shells uncooked
3 c Fresh broccoli florets
1 c Coarsely chopped sweet red
pepper
3 T Margarine or butter
5 Cloves garlic, sliced
1/4 t Crushed dried red pepper
optional
1/3 c Grated Parmesan cheese

INSTRUCTIONS

Cook pasta according to package directions; during last 2 minutes of
cooking, stir in broccoli and sweet red pepper. Drain pasta and
vegetables. In non-stick skillet over medium heat, melt margarine;  add
garlic and dried red pepper. Cook 1 minute; do not brown. Toss  hot
pasta and vegetables with garlic mixture; sprinkle with cheese.  Salt
to taste.  6 servings (about 1 cup each).  Prep Time: 20 min. Start to
Finish: 20 min. Nutritional Information:  Each serving provides: 250
