INGREDIENTS

8 oz Medium hot New Mexico red chiles (opened; seeded, stems cut off; washed)
6 c Sugar
1 c Water

INSTRUCTIONS

M.Foster <mesa@sedona.net> Just tripped over this while cruising the web.
Stirring bring the water & sugar to rolling boil, add chiles & cook until
skins are tender. Puree with a little liquid, (leave it a little chunky)
