TO 1" SLICE SERVINGS. ARRANGE NEATLY ON SERVING PANS AND PLACE ON COLD
LINE FOR SELF SERVICE.  ENSURE THAT SERVING TONGS ARE AVAILABLE.
REPLENISH IN 1 EA. INCREMENTS AS NECESSARY.  ENSURE WEIGHTS ARE POSTED
TO THE KITCHEN REQUISITION AND RETURN WORKSHEET.
