INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 lb Small new potatoes; (675g)
2 tb Cooking oil
1 oz Butter; (25g)
1/2 ts Schwartz Ground Ginger
1 ts Schwartz Garlic Granules
1 ts Schwartz Ground Cinnamon
2 ts Schwartz Ground Coriander
4 ts Schwartz Caraway Seeds
Good pinch Schwartz Cayenne Pepper
Salt to taste
Schwartz Coriander Leaf

INSTRUCTIONS

Boil the potatoes for about 10-15 minutes until cooked but still
firm. Heat the oil and butter in a large frying pan. Fry the spices
for 2-3 minutes. Saute the potatoes in the spice mixture for about 10
minutes until crisp. Season with salt, sprinkle with Coriander Leaf
and serve hot or cold.
