INGREDIENTS

1 c Black mission figs
1/2 c Water
1/4 c Dates; pitted
1/8 c Water
1 tb Carob powder
1/4 ts Ground cinnamon
2 tb Chopped walnuts

INSTRUCTIONS

Soak the black figs for 2 hours in the 1/2 c water. Soak the dates in
1/8 c water for 2 hours.
Blends all the ingredients, except the wamnuts, in a blender at medium
speed until thick & creamy. Pour into small dessert cups & sprinkle
with the walnuts. Refrigerate until you are ready to serve it. It can
be kept tightly covered in the refrigerator for 5 to 7 days.
