INGREDIENTS

1/4 c Butter or margarine
3 tb Catsup
1 ts Chili powder
1 ts Light brown sugar
1/8 ts Salt; or to taste
1/8 ts Ground red pepper; or to taste
4 md Baking potatoes

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Grease a baking pan. In a small bowl,
combine melted butter, catsup, chili powder, brown sugar, salt and
pepper. Cut each potato lengthwise into 8 wedges. Place in pan. Brush
with some of the sauce. Bake for 30 minutes. Brush occasionally with
remaining sauce.
