Carrot-Pineapple Salad

INGREDIENTS

3 Carrots; shredded (about 1
1/2 Cups)
1 Granny smith apple; chopped (about 3/4
Cup)
1/2 c Chopped pineapple; (fresh or canned,
; drained of juice)
1/4 c Shredded cheddar cheese
1 ts Lemon juice
1/3 c Salad dressing
1/4 c Slivered almonds; toasted

INSTRUCTIONS

In mixing bowl, combine carrots, apple, pineapple and cheese.
Sprinkle with lemon juice. Add salad dressing. Stir to coat. Cover
and chill until ready to eat. (Add milk if dressing becomes too
thick). Before serving, sprinkle on toasted almonds.
Approximately 5 minutes.
Per serving (excluding unknown items): 428 Calories; 25g Fat (50%
calories from fat); 15g Protein; 41g Carbohydrate; 30mg Cholesterol;
248mg Sodium
