INSTRUCTIONS

Place carrots, water, butter and sugar in a 2-quart saucepot over
medium-high heat. Bring to a simmer. Cover and cook for 12 to 15
minutes or until carrots are tender. Season with nutmeg, salt and
pepper to taste.
Yield: 6 side servings
