Cauliflower And Peppers

INGREDIENTS

4 Banana peppers
1 Head cauliflower, cut into
flowerets
2 c Monterey jack cheese
shredded
1 Red pepper, chopped
1 1/2 c Milk
1/4 c All-purpose flour
2 Eggs, beaten

INSTRUCTIONS

Cut banana peppers in half lengthwise. Place on bottom of a lightly
greased 10x6x2 inch baking dish. Set aside for now. Steam cauliflower
for 8-10 minutes until crisp, but tender. Drain. Place cauliflower on
banana peppers and sprinkle with cheese and red peppers. Combine  flour
and 1/2 cup of milk, stirring until smooth. Add remaining milk  and
eggs, stirring well. Pour this over entire dish. Bake at 350 for  35
