Cauliflower Salad #2

INGREDIENTS

2	c	Thinly sliced raw cauliflower
1	cn	Black pitted olives
1		Green pepper; finely chopped
1/4	c	Pimentos; chopped
5	tb	Chopped onion
4 1/2	tb	Salad oil
1 1/2	tb	Lemon juice
1 1/2	tb	Wine vinegar
1	ts	Salt
1/2	ts	Sugar
		Pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

DRESSING
Mix all & chill 1 hour. Stir occasionally.
