6 lb CENTER FILLET OF BEEF *
1 ds SALT
1 ds PEPPER
1 c VEGETABLE OIL
1 1/2 c BEARNAISE SAUCE

INSTRUCTIONS

SPRINKLE STEAKS LIGHTLY WITH SALT AND PEPPER. MARINATE IN OIL 2 HOURS
AT ROOM TEMPERATURE. BROIL FOR 5 MINUTES ON EACH SIDE FOR MEDIUM  RARE.
