Cheese Bread

Dairy Italian Bread 4 Servings

INGREDIENTS

1 Loaf French bread (1/2 pound); unsliced
2 tb Butter or margarine
1/2 ts Italian seasoning
1/2 c Shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 c Grated Parmesan cheese

INSTRUCTIONS

Slice bread lengthwise; place cut side up on a baking sheet. Spread butter
on cut surfaces; sprinkle with half of the Italian seasoning. Top with
cheeses and remaining Italian seasoning. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25
minutes or until the cheese is melted. Cut crosswise into 1-in. pieces.
Yield: 4 servings.
