INGREDIENTS

1 c Semisweet chocolate chips
melted
1 c Butterscotch chips, melted
1/4 c Margarine, melted
2 c Low-fat graham cracker
crumbs
16 oz Fat-free cream cheese
softened
1/2 c Granulated sugar
4 Egg whites, whipped
1/4 c Unbleached flour
2 T Lemon juice

INSTRUCTIONS

By: Cookbook Publishers, Inc. Preheat oven to 350. Prepare a 9  x 13"
pan with cooking spray; set aside. In a double boiler, add  chocolate
chips, butterscotch chips, and margarine. Heat until melted  and
smooth. Stir in graham cracker crumbs until mixture forms coarse
crumbs. Reserve 1 cup crumb mixture for topping. Press remainder into
prepared pan. Bake for 12 minutes. Meanwhile, to prepare filling,
combine cream cheese, sugar, egg whites, flour, and lemon juice. Pour
evenly over baked crust. Sprinkle with reserved crumb mixture. Bake
for 25 minutes more.  Per serving: 450 Calories; 15g Fat (31% calories
from fat); 11g  Protein; 67g Carbohydrate; 26mg Cholesterol; 558mg
Sodium  Serving Ideas : Chill until ready to serve, then cut into bars.
