INSTRUCTIONS
Mix the cream cheese with 1 tablespoon of the chives. Spoon the
mixture into a piping bag fitted with a plain nozzle.
Split the olives almost in half lengthways. Pipe the cream mixture
into each olive.
Mix the remaining chives with chopped almonds. Sprinkle over the
olives to garnish.
