A 22 year-old man, who does not drive, goes into a liquor store and asks for a
six pack of beer. The sales clerk asks him for his drivers license and he
says, "I don't drive but I have a California ID card."

The clerk tells him that he can't sell him beer unless he has a valid drivers
license.
The young man exclaims, "Do you mean to tell me that I can't drink unless I
drive?!!!"
