Does anyone have a description of the procedures they use for of a prayer chain ministry? Exactly what or how does the prayer chain (phone) leader handle the prayer calls, does anyone have it 24 hours a day within the church?

Also can anyone help with information about the President of the Corporation - I know when you incorporate you must have one, but exactly what is the function or duties of such a position?
