I celebrated a wonderful Easter. Dawn service at my
Church followed by miid-morning service at my daughter's
Church where 2 of my grandchildren sung beautifully in
the choir. This was followed by visiting my daughters
and their families.

We were celebrating the 100th anniversary of our
church, and several former pastors and the bishop
were in attendance.
At one point, our minister had the children gather
at the altar for a talk about the importance of the
day. He began by asking, "Does anyone know what the
bishop does?"
There was silence.
Finally, one little boy answered gravely, "He's the
one you can move diagonally."

The subway car was packed. Suddenly everyone heard a
jingle on the floor. Most necks were craned.
One elderly gentleman bent down and picked something
up. He then asked, "Did anyone drop a half dollar?"
"I did," answered three men at once.
"Well," said the elderly gent with a smile, "here's a
dime of it."
