[PRAYER] prayer request update on Marisa Rowland

drummer from my church, Lonnie Rowland. She received a severe brain injury
in a school bus accident in Nashville on Oct. 10.
Please continue to remember Marisa, her parents Lonnie and Sally and
her brother Julian in your prayers. It has been almost 3 weeks since
the accident, they have been through siezures which appear to be
under contol with medication, but for most of this week she has had a
fever and rash that the docs cannot identify that has made her very
listless and unable to do PT.
And the seizure meds and now medication for this fever are hindering
her "waking up".
They had hoped to have her in rehab by now but need to get her well
first. It is really beginning to wear on her family.
Also, the recommeded rehab hospital - probably the best in the
country for kids with brain injuries - is about a 5 hour drive from
here. That that further complicates things. They have to make the
decision about where to do rehab today or tomorrow.
The immediate prayer request is for the fever to cease, that she
would be able to continue to wake up, and that Lonnie and Sally would
have great wisdom as they decide where to do rehad.
