INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 lb LEAN ground sirloin chuck or round
1/3 md Sweet onion – diced
1/4 c Chi-Chi's Fiesta Picante – Mild
2 cn (11.5 oz) tomato juice
1 cn (10 3/4 oz) tomato soup
1 cn (14.5 oz) regular diced tomatoes
1 tb (level) of *Ancho Chile Seasoning
1 ts Celery seed
1 ts Oregano
1/4 ts Coarse black pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

SEASONINGS
In a large pan, cook the beef and onion till meat is brown. Drain fat. Stir
in tomato juice, picante sauce, undrained diced tomatoes, soup and
seasonings. Bring to a boil. Reduce to simmer for a minimum of 20 minutes.
Add water as necessary to achieve desired consistency.
