INSTRUCTIONS
Heat waffle iron. Sift together flour, baking powder, salt & sugar. Beat
egg yolks in medium-sized bowl. Add sifted dry ingredients, melted butter &
cream. Stir until blended. Fold in beated egg whites. Pour into heated
waffle iron. Close & bake until steaming stops, about 4-6 minutes. Makes
seven 4-1/2 inch waffles.
